The objective of this training is to provide attendees the basic knowledge to be able to identify and quantify energy efficiency opportunities for industrial and refrigerated warehouse refrigeration systems. Among the topics that will be discussed are the basics of refrigeration systems, common energy efficiency measures, case study examples, and PG&E’s energy efficiency programs. An explanation of PG&E incentives, baselines, and how they relate to Title 24 requirements for Refrigerated Warehouses will be discussed. Finally, an explanation of the importance of performance monitoring after project completion will conclude the training.
