Optimizing Residential HVAC System Performance

This class focuses on optimizing the actual performance of central forced-air heating and cooling systems in existing single-family residential buildings. This class is primarily geared toward mechanical and home performance contractors responsible for installing and maintaining these systems. The six performance factors that can be applied to HVAC design, installation and/or commissioning will be discussed.  The instructor will review how each factor can be specified at design, implemented during installation and tested/adjusted during commissioning.
