Name Tag Registration
Use this form to sign up to receive a free but official San Jose ASHRAE Chapter name tag. This registration is available to all dues paying chapter members.

Registration is closed

Name tag registration has been extended from now until May 8th, 2020. Name tags will be ordered on May 16th, and will be distributed at the next in-person technical meeting (TBD) for San Jose ASHRAE.

Please use the registration field for this event as a method of signing up for an official San Jose Chapter ASHRAE name tag. These name tags allow us to better identify chapter members at meetings, and just look a lot better than paper and marker name tags. There is no cost for signing up.
